We are situated in Lake Avenue, Benoni which is in close proximity to the N12 Highway, giving fast access to deliveries and collections of stock from our suppliers, all within the Gauteng area.

Fitment Zone is conveniently located within the business hub of Benoni, in the middle of the new and second-hand automotive dealers in the East Rand. 

Conveniently serving the greater part of the dealer network with quality fitment to and accessorizing of all kinds of vehicles, making it possible to effectively market our services and the goods of our suppliers to the majority of available clients in our industry.

OUR PREMISES

Our workspace is a purposed designed shop, enabling all work to be executed in mostly demarcated areas for example:

  • A general fitment area of 800m² serviced by a compliment of 25 permanent technical staff;
  • A rubberizing area with two 50m² bays serviced by 4 permanent product trained staff;
  • A suspension and related fitment area of 80m² serviced by 6 permanent trained staff members
  • A showroom, display and waiting area of 30m² with space to display and show supplier goods to mutual benefit;
  • Available space for fitment of tracking devices of at least two bays 20m² each to be fitted and designed to specification.

We have continuous power supply via a 45kva generator to ensure uninterrupted service during power out times or load shedding.

All client vehicles and equipment, on our premises, are safe with effective control of all vehicle movement from and to the workshop.  There is always a 24-hour security system with cameras monitoring movement.

We have specialized air-conditioning equipment, as well as data catalogues, giving us the edge over competitors.  Our vehicle customizing is unique with the focus to fit clients’ specific needs and requirements, creating the opportunity to expand our business daily.  We hold a fleet of mobile vehicles manned by supporting technical staff enabling us to reach clients over a wide area.

OUR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Our Director, Charles Cowley, serving the industry since 1993, is actively involved in the day-to-day running and decision making in the business.  He is in control of and see to continuous quality control on all work performed.

Our Director has 27 years’ experience in the industry.  All employees have more than 10 years’ experience and attend regular online and physical training courses.  Many of our employees have been head-hunted in the industry.  We have a complement of 32 trained staff members.

Each department is overseen by a Competent Manager with specific instructions regulating the quality of service rendered by us.
